Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Oasis Sim Racing booking platform (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By registering an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one active account.
• Accounts are non-transferable.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation notification from us.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to equipment maintenance, facility issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.

User Conduct & Facility Rules

When using our facilities, you agree to abide by all posted rules and instructions provided by staff. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and termination of your account.

• You must not be under the influence of alcohol or any substance that impairs cognitive function while on premises.
• You are responsible for the conduct and safety of any guests accompanying you, including minors.
• Deliberate misuse or damage to simulator equipment will result in charges for repair or replacement.
• Threatening, abusive, or disruptive behavior toward staff or other patrons is strictly prohibited.
• Recording of sessions for personal use is permitted; commercial use requires prior written consent.

Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk

By using our simulation equipment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Use of race simulators involves physical and mental exertion and carries inherent risks.
• You voluntarily assume all risk of loss, property damage, or personal injury that may result from your use of our equipment.
• You are in good physical and emotional condition with no disability or ailment preventing safe use of the simulators.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oasis Sim Racing, its employees, agents, officers, directors, members, and partners (collectively, "Indemnitees") are released from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising from your use of our facilities and equipment, whether caused by the negligence of the Indemnitees or otherwise.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnitees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur arising out of your use of the facility or your violation of these Terms.

Memberships

Membership plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your membership will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

• Unused session credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise specified in your plan.
• Membership benefits are non-transferable and for the account holder's use only.
• We reserve the right to modify membership pricing with 30 days' written notice.
• Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Oasis Sim Racing and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Comal County, Texas.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
